ELAN IceCold Toner has been developed for eyebrow artists to make the eyebrow shaping procedure more comfortable for customers. The product is suitable for those customers for whom eyebrow waxing and modeling with tweezers is painful, cools and soothes.
The toner has a powerful NMF formula, enriched with aloe, panthenol and betaine, protects the skin from dehydration and dryness, while a complex based on chamomile and calendula soothes it. The antiseptic active ingredient chlorhexidine digluconate has bactericidal properties.
