OKO Cream oxidant 3%

Usage:

Shake the bottle well before use!

1. In a plastic or glass container, mix OKO Liquid Hybrid Tint H2O hybrid paint with OKO cream oxidant 3% from the Cream Oxidant H2O series.
– Mixing proportions can vary from 1:1 to 1:3, depending on the desired level of intensity.

2. Apply the color to the eyebrows using the desired coloring technique.
– For layered painting, apply the first layer thinly and repeat the application 2-3 times.

3. Let the color dry on the eyebrows. The contact time of the dye is 6-15 minutes.

4. Rinse off the dye with a damp cotton pad.
