Description
Usage – Lash Lift
Thoroughly cleanse the lashes to remove makeup, oils, and other residues.
Select an appropriate silicone pad/shield and position the lashes according to the specific lash lift technique being used.
Apply NOEMI Innovate Step 1 evenly to the lashes.
Leave on for 8–12 minutes, monitoring the condition of the lash hairs.
Carefully remove Step 1.
Arrange the lashes into their desired final direction and apply NOEMI Innovate Step 2.
Leave Step 2 on for 8–12 minutes.
Carefully remove the product.
If desired, proceed with tinting the lashes according to the instructions for the specific tint being used.
At the end of the procedure, apply a nourishing and moisturizing treatment, such as NOEMI Argan Creme Step 3.
Usage – Brow Lamination
Thoroughly cleanse the eyebrows and the surrounding skin.
Apply NOEMI Innovate Step 1 evenly to the brow hairs.
Leave on for 8–12 minutes, continuously monitoring how the hairs react.
Once the hairs have softened sufficiently and can be easily positioned in the desired direction, remove Step 1.
Comb the eyebrows into their desired final position.
Apply NOEMI Innovate Step 2, keeping the hairs in the desired direction.
Leave on for 8–12 minutes.
Carefully remove Step 2.
If desired, proceed with tinting the eyebrows according to the instructions for the specific tint being used.
