HOW FAST WILL THE GOODS ARRIVE?
✔ FREE delivery to parcel machines within Estonia for purchases of €49, to Finland for purchases of €99 and to Europe for purchases of €250.
📦 Fast delivery! We dispatch all orders within 24 hours (on business days). Orders within Estonia arrive within 1–3 business days, within Europe within 3–7 business days. Orders placed on weekends and public holidays are dispatched on the first business day. Delivery times may be longer during promotions.
🌍 We also deliver orders to the following countries: Finland, Latvia, Lithuania, Denmark, Norway, Sweden, Spain, Ireland, Austria, Germany and Belgium. We are constantly expanding our delivery options – if your desired destination country is not currently available, let us know and we will try to add it!
CAN I BUY WITHOUT VAT?
If you are a business customer and have a valid VIES VAT number, always enter it in your order.
Pomello Eesti OÜ VAT ID EE102525865 is an Estonian VAT registered company.
This means the following:
- Estonian companies are always charged 22% VAT, which can be later reclaimed through the Estonian Tax Board.
- For EU companies and intra-EU transactions, the reverse charge mechanism can be used, in which case 0% VAT is added to the invoice.
- If you are located outside the EU, the VAT rate on the invoice is 0%.
You can enter your VAT number before payment and the system will automatically remove the VAT from your amount.
If you wish to place an order for delivery to Norway or any other country outside the EU, please send your order to us via email at info@pomello.ee. This way, we can remove the VAT from your order.
HOW CAN I TRACK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?
Once we have completed the order, we will send you a tracking number to your email, which you can use to conveniently track the progress of your order.
INVOICES AND ORDER CONFIRMATION
We issue all invoices by e-mail together with the order confirmation.
If you would like us to include a paper invoice with your order, please add your request in the comments box when making the purchase.
CAN I CLICK&COLLECT MY ORDER MYSELF?
If you have ordered from the online store and have chosen to pick up your order yourself, you can pick up your order at our online store warehouse, which is located in Saku, Harju County. Please note that there is no option to purchase on site – all orders must be placed in advance in the online store.
We are open Mon-Fri 09:00-18:00.
We will notify you via SMS or email when your order is ready for pickup. If you are in a hurry and would like to know if it is possible to pick up your order on the weekend, please contact us in advance via email info@pomello.ee or send an SMS to +372 523 3301.
WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I WANT TO RETURN THE GOODS?

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU OFFER?
You can pay for your purchases with a bank link or with a debit or credit card. In addition, you can use the Montonio installment solution from our partners on Pomello.ee, who help make your dreams come true. In addition, you can pay for products or training using Montonio Split, which allows the Customer to choose whether to pay: after a month, in two equal installments or in three equal installments. The Split solution does not include interest, administrative and contract fees, or hidden costs for the Customer.
