ELAN Keratin Cleaner pre-treatment is designed to make eyebrows and eyelashes fat-free before the chemical coloring procedure, and it also helps to remove traces of pencil or white paste during eyebrow shaping.

The product cleans eyebrows, eyelashes and skin gently and effectively, removing excess oil without damaging them. The formula contains soy and silk proteins, hydrolyzed keratin, which help strengthen the coat. Sorbitol and urea moisturize and nourish the skin.

Suitable for all skin types.

To clean the skin before tinting the eyebrows: Clean the eyebrow area with a cotton pad moistened with a pre-care product.

To tidy up the lines during eyebrow shaping: Pour the solution into a small container, dip a cotton swab into the Keratin agent and remove excess eyebrow pencil or white paste with a moistened cotton swab.
