NOEMI Clear – Neutral Color Corrector

Noemi Clear is a neutral color correction corrector 15 ml.

Neutral color correction corrector: Colorless color correction agent is designed to strengthen the hair and give it extra shine. It can also be added to any other Noem color mixture with cream hydrogen to reduce the intensity of the color, i.e. Clear is a color softener, it can be used to change the intensity of the shade.

HOW TO USE: Mix Noemi Clear with Noemi Cream Hydrogen (1:1). For lighter shades, mix Noemi Clear with your chosen color (Noemi Dye) 1:1 or 1:2 until you get a creamy, even consistency. Then add cream developer of Noemi colors in a ratio (1:1) and mix.

Apply the resulting mixture. Leave it on for 10-15 minutes.

Before use, we recommend an allergy test (apply a little paint on the inside of the wrist or behind the ear and wait 15 minutes).
