Noemi Developer 6% 14ml

NOEMI Developer 6% 14ml is designed for use with Noemi Hybrid Dye colors. Hydrogen ensures perfect and stable mixing of the color – the composition does not run or bleed, and the working process is always controlled and professional.

6% developer is especially suitable for coarse, stubborn or gray hair, helping the pigment to adhere more deeply and ensuring an intense and long-lasting color result.

Noemi 6% developer can be combined with Noemi 0% cream developer if necessary to achieve a lower strength hydrogen.

5% Developer: mix 6% and 0% in a ratio of 1 : 1

4% Developer: mix 6% and 0% in a ratio of 2 : 1
