Description
The pH level is 9-10, which means that the color penetrates the coat. The color lasts about eight days on the skin and 5-6 weeks on the hair, giving an intense final result.
Instructions for use:
1. Mix Noemi eyelash color with special Noemi hydrogen in equal parts (1:1) until you reach a creamy and smooth consistency.
2. Apply the resulting mixture.
3. Leave on for 5-10 minutes.
4. It is recommended to do a sensitivity test before use (apply a little color on the inside of the wrist or behind the ear and wait 15 minutes).
