NOEMI Hybrid Dye for Brows and Lashes

NOEMI Hybrid Dye is suitable for use on both eyebrows and eyelashes.

The pH of the paint is 9-10, which means that it penetrates the hair and ensures a long-lasting effect. The color stays on the skin for about 8 days and on the hair for about 5 to 6 weeks, ensuring an intense final result.

Henn extract gives a permanent make-up effect while caring for and protecting the hair structure. Sammuti protects against UV radiation and hair breakage and gives hair fullness and shine and stimulates hair growth.

Olive oil protects eyebrows and eyelashes from drying out and gives them shine.

Green tea strengthens eyebrows and eyelashes due to its composition, stimulating hair growth.

Aloe vera restores lost moisture to dry hair. Strengthens hair structure and revitalizes weakened hair/eyelashes.

Instructions for use: mix Noem 3% hydrogen and Noem paint in equal proportions in a non-metallic container until you get a uniform consistency. We recommend using 0.5 cm of paint and the same amount of oxidizer. Apply the resulting mixture with a brush to the desired shape of the eyebrows. The paint must be applied in a thin layer with quick movements without interruptions. With a brush, gently apply the color to the eyelashes as an even layer. Keep your eyes closed during the coloring process.

Eyebrow coloring time is 8-10 minutes for a natural result and 15 minutes for a stronger effect. After the eyebrow lamination procedure, the coloring time is 1-3 minutes, depending on the intensity of the desired shade.

The time for coloring eyelashes is 8-15 minutes.

After the required time, gently remove the color from the eyebrows/eyelashes with a damp cotton pad.
