Description

Usage:
Mix Noemi Dye and Noemi Developer in a 1:1 ratio. For best results, we recommend using Noemi Primer before application. Apply the color in an even layer to the brows, starting from the tail of the brow (unlike some other brands, Noem does not need to be applied in thin layers).

Effective time:
Noem’s processing time is 10-15 minutes, which allows you to adjust the intensity of the color according to the client’s preferences and the natural tone of the eyebrows.

  • A 7-10 minute treatment creates a subtle and natural result.
  • The 15-minute effect time gives a more intense, long-lasting result.

Ombre effect:
For a stunning ombre effect, remove the color from the front of the brow after 60 seconds. This technique adds depth and dimension to the brows, avoiding excessive intensity at the front.

Use after lamination:
After the lamination procedure, the processing time can be shorter, because the hair absorbs the pigment faster.
