How to Use Noemi Intense Step 1.5

Noemi Intense Step 1.5 is designed for thin eyelashes and eyebrows, regular users of lash lifting and brow lamination, as well as damaged hair. The product supports deep care and regeneration of the hair already during the treatment.

Application takes place after Step 1 (perming), when the hair cuticles are open and active ingredients can penetrate deeply into the hair structure.

Application Methods

1️⃣ Intensive Care (thin or damaged lashes/brows)

  • After Step 1, apply a thick layer of Noemi Intense Step 1.5 Lotion to the eyelashes or eyebrows

  • Leave on for 5 minutes

  • Then proceed with Step 2 (fixing lotion)

2️⃣ Light Care (healthy and strong lashes/brows)

  • After Step 1, apply a thin layer of Noemi Intense Step 1.5 Lotion

  • Leave on for 2 minutes

  • Do not remove – you can apply the Step 2 fixing lotion immediately
