Elan cream Oxidant 3% Oxidizing Emulsion is specially designed to be mixed with the colors of the Deep Brow Tint series. The ideal composition and soft, creamy texture of the product ensure a perfect result. The emulsifiers in the hydrogen cream protect the hairs during eyebrow coloring. The pH level of the ready-to-use tinting mixture is pH 7 for mixing the ELAN professional series oxidant 3% and the eyebrow color “Deep Brow Tint”. Therefore, the eyebrow tint «Deep Brow Tint» has a natural pH, which protects the hairs from damage and prevents dryness of the skin.
